Rob Kenning

Team Coach / Leadership Coach / Personal Coaching in Nature
Rob Kenning has an interest and passion in everything there is to discover in the world. Within this is human nature, what we all choose to do and have to offer, but it wasn't always so - as a boy, Rob was shy and struggled around others. He can remember sitting in the back of the car when his mother was driving, saying noticeably little. Karen Allan

Coach
After thirty-five years in education, with seventeen of those as a Head Teacher, Karen Allan was ready and had arrived at the stage in her life for a new adventure.  Two events which further supported her decision to leave her headship were having Coaching suggested to her as part of her professional development within a Head Teacher appraisal review process and the fact her friend was going on a cruise. Karen had always appreciated the benefits of Coaching in the past and the additional opportunity to go on the cruise both secured her final decision. Karen never realised the ‘buzz’ she would get from Coaching - helping others to help themselves. Both the ‘ILM Level 5’ in Coaching and Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring really deepened her knowledge and understanding. She is now ready and raring to go in her new career.
