Biography
I have over 30 years of Management, Learning and Development and Coaching background.
I draw on my background as a single site and multi-site Operations Manager. My senior role in HR heading up the Learning and Development Department for a High Street Retailer gave me a different perspective and together with my coaching skills allows me to approach situations through different lenses.

Jay is a born and bred Leicester boy, still living off the city’s league football triumph in 2016.
When not watching the sport, he spends time with his young daughter and wife, or can be found
playing football or rock climbing!
Growing up as a teenager brought a world of pain due to an invisible illness that began at the age
of 16 and stayed with him for nearly twenty years.
It was only after a tremendous amount of medical appointments, therapy work and introspective
moments that he found out about invisible illnesses and in particular ‘mind body’ pain.
Dealing with this additional challenge, along with the usual bumpiness of growing up, means he
now devotes his time to helping teens realise that most growth pains are manageable and in fact,
there is a world of opportunity to open up through youthful energy.
He loves working with young people because amplifying their potential is about as exciting as it
gets, teens are open to change and be optimistic about what they are capable of doing.
