Biography

I am a chronic fatigue specialist supporting people who are struggling physically, emotionally or mentally to recover their heath and live life to the full again.  My work is centred around conditions such as M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and increasingly, the chronic fatigue related form of “long Covid”.

Working with Wellbeing Coaching in conjunction with a wide range of therapeutic tools and techniques I enable my clients to regain their energy and get back to doing the things they love without having to pay the consequences afterwards.

I also provide advice and guidance to business owners with employees who have chronic fatigue conditions.  Left unaddressed, the long-term consequences for both the individual and the business can be devastating.  There are many ways to mitigate the impact of chronic fatigue related illnesses within a business such as personal support for the business owner, mediation between parties, training for teams to minimise fatigue levels and working directly with the employee to achieve recovery.

Working collaboratively in this way reduces stress and anxiety for all concerned and enables both the business and employee to recover as quickly as possible.

The starting point for working with an individual or a business is always a conversation about what’s going on right now, what the impact is and what your next steps are.

Testimonials

I’m now looking forward to the future for the first time in ten years.  I’m no longer fearful or worrying, I’m no longer anxious or depressed.  That’s all gone and I’m really looking forward to the future and I don’t think you can put a price on that.  I feel so lucky that I’ve been through this process with Suzanne,

The process has taken time and requires patience but it’s been life-changing and I can’t thank Suzanne enough.  It’s not just coping with Fibromyalgia; it’s coping and dealing with life. It’s been absolutely fantastic and Suzanne is just wonderful.
EG – Client 2021

Suzanne was incredibly approachable, professional and always thoughtful about what had been said.  She always asked interesting questions that made me search my own thought patterns and I thought she was very good at that.  It was a two-way conversation, which I rather enjoyed because I’ve had the counsellors in the past and usually, they’re deadly quiet.  I felt with Suzanne it was much more a two-way communication, not just me pouring out my soul.
MB – Client 2021

Suzanne automatically has a calming effect; she is a very calm person herself.  She seems very in control. She is very open, she is very honest, she is very gentle.  She can ask very difficult questions without you feeling under pressure or making you feel like you’re being asked something you’re not prepared to give.  Her approach is very soothing and uplifting because you feel that it’s not your fault but when you have these things happened to you it’s devastating absolutely devastating and you do question everything that you have ever done and am I to blame?  She is very good at working around you and getting you to find the answers yourself.
